there were no instructions included for this model the qr code takes you to a selection of light fittings none of which are the one I ordered therefore there are many parts included which there are no instruction to demonstrate how to fit this model

Thank you for your feedback and sorry for the confusion. We do include both QR code instructions and a printed manual with all orders. For the style you purchased, we also have a video guide available. Since it seems the instructions weren't clear, we’ve now sent you a separate manual directly to assist with installation. Love these, they are small but make a statement

I used these lights in my hall, the light is above the front door so I wanted something relatively flush to the ceiling, these lights are perfect, so far anyone who has been at the house has passed comment on how beautiful these lights are. They have a steampunk/industrial style to them and the lightbulbs recommended with them are a perfect finishing touch.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
