Postage

Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day (Mon-Fri) via Royal Mail 48hrs / 2nd class / Parcel Force service. We offer free delivery for orders above £25. Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days, but can sometimes be longer.

Replacements

If your product is damaged during shipment, please provide a picture of the damaged part. The original item needs to be returned before we can arrange a replacement.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day no-quibble return policy. If you wish to cancel your order within this period, please return it to us unused and in a re-sellable condition within 30 days for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for the return postage.
