I don’t know how this is because it was never delivered!

We’re very sorry for the delivery issue. The courier was unable to deliver the first parcel due to an address problem, which caused it to be returned. As per your request, we resent the order to your updated address, and we’re glad to confirm the replacement has now been successfully delivered.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
