How to Choose the Perfect Chandelier?

We are providing a wide range of selection that uses different areas  with an overwhelming array of designs, Sizes, and styles ....

  • The size of the chandelier ceiling light depends on your room size. A big room needs a large light, a small one will do fine with a mini chandelier.
  • You should think about what you want from your chandelier lighting Is it only for light? Or do you want it to look nice too?
  • Room length and width measurements help find the right chandelier diameter. Ceiling height helps us determine how high we can hang our new fixture.

Can I use a chandelier in any other room other than the dining room?

Of course! Chandeliers are commonly found in foyers and formal entryways, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and even bathrooms or powder rooms.

What  shape of chandelier is available?

Most modern chandelier lights are circular and that classic shape works well with almost any room. Modern chandelier designs have diversified greatly, with square, oval and triangular chandeliers designed to catch the eye.

Will my Chandelier Arrive Assembled Ready for installation?

No. All our chandeliers come flat packed complete with the manufacturer’s instructions for assembly, however, we advise that assembly and installation is carried out by a qualified electrician with experience of installing chandeliers.

Do chandeliers use a lot of electricity?

As you may know, chandeliers can use a lot of energy because of the number of light bulbs they use. So it would be best that you use lights that use less energy, right? That is why LED lights would be your best option. Available LED bulb

Can you have a crystal chandelier in every room?

Yes, you can have a crystal chandelier in every room, but it's essential to consider the size, style, and purpose of each room. Some rooms may be better suited for crystal chandeliers, such as dining rooms, living rooms, or entryways.

Versatility in Design: Crystal chandeliers come in a wide variety of designs, from traditional to modern, making them versatile enough to complement the aesthetic of any room.

Enhanced Ambiance: Crystal chandeliers add a touch of luxury and sophistication to a space, creating a captivating ambiance that can enhance the overall atmosphere of each room.

Aesthetic Appeal: The sparkling and reflective qualities of crystal chandeliers can significantly contribute to the visual appeal of a room, serving as a focal point and enhancing the overall decor.

Varied Sizes for Different Spaces: Crystal chandeliers are available in various sizes, making it possible to choose an appropriate size for each room, whether it's a large living room, a cozy bedroom, or a functional kitchen.

Functional and Decorative Lighting: In addition to their decorative value, crystal chandeliers provide functional lighting. They can be used as the primary light source in rooms where both form and function are important.

Personal Expression: Decorating with crystal chandeliers allows homeowners to express their personal style and taste. With the variety of designs available, you can choose chandeliers that resonate with your preferences for each room.

How do I choose a crystal chandelier for each room?

Consider the Room's Purpose:

Understand the function of each room. The type of activities that take place in the room will influence the style and brightness of the chandelier needed.

Determine the Room Size:

Measure the dimensions of the room, including the height of the ceiling. The size of the chandelier should be proportionate to the room's size to create a balanced look.

Identify the Ceiling Height: Different chandeliers work best with different ceiling heights. For higher ceilings, consider larger and more elaborate chandeliers to fill the vertical space, while lower ceilings may require more compact designs.

Match the Style:

Choose a chandelier that complements the overall style and decor of the room. Whether your style is modern, traditional, or eclectic, there are crystal chandeliers available to suit various aesthetics.

Consider the Room's Colour Palette:

Take into account the colors in the room, including walls, furniture, and decor. The crystal chandelier should complement the existing color scheme and contribute to a cohesive look.

Adjust Lighting Level:

Evaluate the amount of natural and artificial light in the room. If the room receives ample natural light, the chandelier may serve more as a decorative element than the primary light source. In darker rooms, prioritise chandeliers that provide sufficient illumination.

Think About Maintenance:

Consider the practicality of maintenance. Some crystal chandeliers require more upkeep than others. If ease of cleaning is a concern, choose a design that is accessible and straightforward to maintain.

Coordinate with Existing Fixtures:

If the room already has other lighting fixtures or elements, ensure that the crystal chandelier coordinates with them. Consistency in style and finish helps maintain a unified design.

How often do you have to clean a crystal chandelier?

A typical chandelier needs to be cleaned at least once a year or so. Crystal chandeliers need cleaning when the crystal appears dull. More contemporary chandelier designs should be cleaned when the glass or frame begins to look dusty.

What glass is used in chandeliers?

Modern chandeliers and ceiling fixtures use crystal glass in much the same way. A crystal chandelier helps create a visual focal point that draws the eye and suggests a romantic, magical intimacy that other types of lighting simply cannot reproduce.

How do I choose the Chandelier bulb?

Incandescent bulbs are the most familiar type of household bulb. The styles are chandelier or candelabra bulbs, standard bulbs such as “A” or “G”, and flood lamps. These bulbs have a screw-in base and are easy to install. For incandescent bulbs the wire filament is heated, then the light is emitted.

Halogen bulbs are technically incandescent bulbs but are slightly more energy-efficient and longer-lasting.  A halogen bulb has a glass envelope with gas inside the envelope. As skin oils can cause a halogen bulb to burn out, the glass portion of the glass shouldn’t be touched with a bare hand.

LED bulbs are a firm favorite. They are the most energy-efficient bulbs and the most environmentally friendly. The savings on your electricity bills will eventually cover the onset cost of the bulb over time.
