Impossible to mount flush on the ceiling due to the masses of wires and inflexible cables.

This has five cables emerging into the shallow ceiling mounting plate. These connect into a chunky electrical block and all need to be hidden by the ceiling plate. This is an impossible task. Plus, the triple connection block has one inner screw connector missing and a second one has one rather than two terminals. Called and emailed support but they didn’t get back with any ideas.
