Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 1pm are processed on the next working day.
UK Delivery:
- Standard Delivery (1β4 working days): Free on orders over Β£25, or Β£2.69 forΒ Β Β orders under Β£25.
- Next Day Delivery: Β£4.69 (order by 1pm for same-day dispatch).
International Delivery:

Returns & Exchanges
Easy & Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, the process is quick and simple. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.
Returns
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we canβt offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- The products that are in new condition as that is dispatched will be considered for returns.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the returns have to be sent through traceable mail service.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges & Faulty Items:

β’ Missing, incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
