We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, the process is quick and simple. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.

• Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• The products that are in new condition as that is dispatched will be considered for returns.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the returns have to be sent through traceable mail service.

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

1St Class: Via Royal mail- Usually takes 1-2 days but it is not guaranteed. Cost £4.69
Royal mail next day Guaranteed by 1pm - Cost £9.90
