Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Processing: Items are dispatched within one working day after payment has cleared.
  • Dispatch Days: Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are processed on the next working day.
  • Delivery Expectation: Most items arrive sooner, but please allow a maximum of 7 days from the date of payment.
  • Packaging: Items are posted in appropriate packaging to ensure protection during transit.

Goods are delivered using Royal Mail 48, Hermes (Evri), and Parcelforce.

Claims & Replacements

Lost Items

Replacements are only sent once the courier confirms the item is officially lost (typically 14 days for Royal Mail). We are not responsible for postal service delays.

Damage in Transit

If a product arrives damaged, you must provide a picture of the damaged part to process a replacement claim.

Replacement Process

The original item must be returned before a replacement is authorized and dispatched by our suppliers.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

  • Change of Mind: Return the item unused and in original condition within 30 days; buyer pays return postage.
  • Faulty Items: We cover return postal costs for faulty goods.
  • Shipping Method: All returns must be sent via Recorded Post for tracking purposes.
